Printed Catalogues

You can view what remains online for any of our catalogues listed below by clicking on "View Online". It will return a search result where you can view the latest information, including its current catalogue number, for a given item.

Or you can download one of our printed catalogues as a PDF of early books, illuminated manuscripts and important illustrated books.

After downloading, one of the best ways to view these is to click View and then Page Display. Select Single Page View. You also have the option of scrolling which makes the page transitions smoother.

Starting with catalogue 63, we've added an online link feature to the pdf version. You can now click on any of the blue underlined item code hyperlinks appearing at the very end of our descriptions. If you are hooked up to the Internet, and if the item is available, the link will take you to that item on our website.

Catalogue file sizes are around 20 Mb, so a higher speed connection is advised.
